Sunbelt Waste Equipment Expands Capabilities with New Upfit Center

Sunbelt Waste Equipment is expanding its truck build and upfit capabilities with the addition of a new Upfit Center designed to help customers get work-ready trucks with greater efficiency and control.

The new facility allows Sunbelt to handle more of the upfit process in house, including body installations and customized truck builds. With more of this work managed directly by the Sunbelt team, customers can benefit from improved scheduling, closer quality control, and a more streamlined path from purchase to delivery.

For waste and vocational fleet operators, the Upfit Center helps simplify a process that often involves multiple vendors, outside scheduling, and added wait time. Sunbelt’s goal is to make that process more efficient while delivering trucks that are built around the needs of each customer’s operation.

The expansion also builds on Sunbelt’s existing service and support capabilities, including truck body and equipment installations, fabrication and repairs, hydraulic work, electrical diagnostics, paint and body repair, parts support, and mobile service. Together, these resources allow Sunbelt to support customers before, during, and after the sale.
